SMS - Appointment Confirmation 
We now reschedule our clients' appointments 4 to 6 weeks in advance to make sure everyone gets the time that best suits them. To make this easy to remember, we confirm your appointment by text message - all you have to do is text back 'A' as requested to confirm. 

Parking - See under Location

Arrivals
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time for you to check-in, complete any necessary facial forms, or just to relax and enjoy a beverage before your service.

Pressed for Time
Just let your stylist or therapist know and we can finalise your bill and re-book following appointments while you're being finished off - helps save time! 

Running Late 
Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of the appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next client. We will always do our best to accommodate you where possible. 

Cancellations 
We understand sometimes it's necessary to change your schedule but remember we reserve appointments especially for you!  If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice by telephone as a courtesy. If cancelling happens more than twice outside of the time frame given we will ask you to prepay for your next booking in advance to secure your appointment.

Drinks & Treats
We've made sure everyone at Gorgeous is barista trained so we do great coffee! We have a selection of herbal teas. Cupcakes are also a treat served with your tea or coffee. We also serve light bubbles. Special Occasions we serve french champagne.

Food 
We have menu’s from a few local restaurants and cafes for you to choose from should lunch or dinner be required. 

Payment 
We accept Cash, Eftpos (minimum $30 sale) , Mastercard, Visa, American Express. We don’t accept Cheques. We don’t on charge you credit card surcharge fees – this is a little something back to you for being a loyal client! 

Pricing 
Some Menu Pricing may change + Additional Services may be added - we will however always do our best to inform you of any increases/changes prior to any appointments being made.

Hair cutting and chemical services may vary according to individual stylists, coloring techniques or length of hair. We offer a consultation and quote before commencing any service if requested for both Hair & Beauty Services. 

Mobile Phones 
We ask that clients refrain from using mobile phones in the salon. 

Children 
For the safety and comfort of all clients all children under 4 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please ensure your child doesn't play on salon furniture for safety reasons. We offer Children’s pricing on Tuesdays only, other days full price applies.

 
Special Days / Weddings
Please note that we will be requesting credit card details to secure your booking and 48hrs notice must be given should your day not go ahead as planned. 50% deposit is non-refundable if less than 48hrs notice is given. 

Your Health
Please inform our front-of-house or stylist/therapist of any health issues prior to any service commencing. Please always inform us if you are pregnant or trying to fall pregnant as some services are not advisable.


What To Wear
Hair Services - we cape you to ensure your clothing is safe from colour services and recommend having our front-of-house hang your coat/jacket on arrival for your comfort.

Beauty Services - we offer robes, wraps or towels whatever is comfortable for your required service. Spray Tan Services - we recommend you wear loose fitting clothes.

Personal Items
Handbags, Jewellery, Mobiles and all other Personal Valuables are your own responsibility at all times.

Client Satisfaction 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours from your last appointment.
